How to request a locksmith quote
DevisSerrurier.ch is a quote-matching platform operated by Kleap Technologies SA in Martigny. The professional confirms availability and the terms of the work.
01
Describe the problem
State the type of work, your postcode and contact details. Do not post key numbers or security-card details publicly.
02
Wait for availability confirmation
The number of proposals and response time depend on your request and available partners. Submitting the form does not book an immediate call-out or guarantee five replies.
03
Compare what is included
Ask about travel, labour time, parts, VAT and surcharges. Check the company’s identity and request a written price for your situation.
04
Confirm the work
You are free not to proceed. Before booking, confirm the price, timing and how additional work would be agreed.
Who operates the platform?
Kleap Technologies SA, CHE-238.021.052, Rue Marconi 19, 1920 Martigny. The platform is distinct from the locksmith carrying out the work.
Customers and partners
Requesting a quote is free and does not commit you to the paid work. Professionals and property managers can contact the operator for the current partnership terms. A position in a list alone is not a quality certification.
